DESCRIPTION
The Petzl Power Crunch is a 300g chunk climbing chalk formulated to improve grip during climbing sessions, both on rock and in the gym. Its composition — a balanced mixture of fine powder and magnesium carbonate chunks — reduces airborne dispersal compared to pure powdered chalk, keeping the training environment cleaner and limiting product waste.
Formulation and application
The chunk structure ensures a controlled release of magnesium carbonate upon contact with the hands: the granules progressively break down during application, distributing an even layer on the fingers without excess. This results in better active grip on holds, with less need for frequent reapplication compared to loose powder products.
