The Petzl Macchu is a sit harness designed specifically for children weighing between 15 and 40 kg, engineered to accommodate growth without needing to change equipment every season. Thanks to a wide adjustment range, both the waist and leg loops precisely adapt to the child's measurements as they grow, always ensuring a secure and comfortable fit.
Adaptability and Safety
For younger children, the Macchu is compatible with optional Petzl shoulder straps (sold separately), which convert the harness into a full-body system, preventing it from slipping down. This detail makes it suitable even for the youngest beginners who are taking their first steps in the gym or on the climbing wall. The padded materials on the leg loops and waistbelt reduce pressure during falls and rests, keeping the child comfortable even during longer sessions.
