The ORTOVOX Fleece Light Jacket is a women's technical fleece jacket designed for mountaineering, climbing, and mountain tours, where thermal comfort and lightness truly make a difference. The material that sets it apart is MERINO FLEECE fabric, a combination of Tasmanian merino wool and synthetic fleece that unites the natural softness of animal fiber with the structural resistance of technical polyester.
Materials and construction
The Tasmanian merino wool used in the fabric is one of the most prized natural fibers available: it actively thermoregulates based on activity, does not retain odors even after hours of intense use, and feels pleasant directly against the skin, without the annoying scratching effect of traditional fleece.
