The Mammut Linard HS Thermo Hooded Jacket is an insulated jacket designed for winter trekking, hikes in intensely cold conditions, and daily use in alpine environments. Its main strength is the proprietary Mammut LOOPINSULATION, made from recycled Mammut rope production waste: a material that ensures good body heat retention even in humid conditions, with a reduced environmental impact compared to conventional insulants.
Construction and weather protection
The exterior is made with a 2-layer Mammut DRY Tour laminate, which combines waterproofing and breathability in a single system. The PFC-free DWR water-repellent treatment complies with the latest environmental regulations and user health. The laminate structure, rather than a simple coating, ensures a more stable and durable response to light precipitation and snow.
