DESCRIPTION
The La Sportiva X-Cursion is a trekking and mountaineering approach backpack designed for fast mountain excursions, with a capacity of around 26-30 liters and a low weight thanks to the use of reinforced nylon combined with mesh panels to reduce weight without sacrificing abrasion resistance.
Construction and organization
The structure features a tube construction with a wide, zippered top opening, ensuring quick access to the main contents even with gloves. A second front opening allows access to the lower layers of the backpack without emptying it completely — a concrete advantage during technical breaks or clothing changes at altitude. The external top pocket easily holds maps, snacks, and frequently used accessories, while the adjustable external elastic holder is ideal for securing a wind jacket or light crampons.
