The LA SPORTIVA TX5 Evo GTX are high-cut approach shoes designed for those who tackle mixed and technical terrain: from approach trails to via ferratas, up to treks on rocky mule tracks and at altitude. The mid-cut construction offers ankle support without sacrificing mobility, making them suitable for long outings on varied terrain.

Construction and protection

The upper is made of nubuck leather combined with the GORE-TEX ePE Extended Comfort membrane, one of the most advanced solutions in the GORE-TEX line: it guarantees certified waterproofing and superior breathability compared to traditional membranes, containing the heat accumulated during the most demanding climbs. The result is dry feet whether fording a stream or after hours of walking in the sun.

  • Impact Brake System geometry on the heel for controlled braking on descents
