The La Sportiva Helios III is a trail running shoe designed for those who move between asphalt and trails without compromising on comfort and responsiveness. Upper Construction

The upper is the result of an engineered combination of thermo-adhesive materials: rip-stop fabric for abrasion resistance, monofilament mesh and sandwich mesh to maximize breathability, all reinforced with TPU inserts in high-wear areas. The result is a lightweight structure that wraps around the foot without creating pressure, offering a precise and anatomical fit.
