The Karpos Dinamico Merino 130 Jersey LS is a long-sleeve base layer constructed from a fabric made of 92% Merino wool with a weight of 130 g/m². This choice positions it among lightweight base layers, suitable for cool temperatures and medium-to-high intensity efforts. The remaining 8% synthetic fiber helps stabilize the fabric structure and improves moisture management during activity.
Merino wool properties and thermal comfort
Merino wool at this weight offers bidirectional thermoregulation: it insulates from the external environment when the temperature drops, but does not accumulate excess heat during more intense efforts. This is a fundamental characteristic for variable activities such as trail running, approach mountaineering, or high-altitude hiking.
