DESCRIPTION
Karpos Coppolo Merino W High Neck LS è una maglia a manica lunga in misto lana merino, pensata per le donne che vivono la montagna tutti i giorni e amano stare all'aria aperta.
Il tessuto è ottenuto intrecciando fibre di lana merino con elastan e nylon, una combinazione che offre una sensazione di morbidezza e comfort ineguagliabili, garantendo al tempo stesso traspirabilità e gestione dell'umidità. Grazie alla particolare conformazione del filato in lana merino, la maglia mantiene inoltre proprietà anti-odore anche dopo un utilizzo intenso.
Un dettaglio che distingue questo capo è la scelta della materia prima: la lana utilizzata è certificata mulesing free. Il mulesing è una pratica chirurgica, eseguita senza anestesia né cura antibiotica, attraverso cui vengono asportati lembi di pelle e carne dalla zona perianale delle pecore merino. Una procedura tanto invasiva da poter causare la morte dell'animale, e non sempre efficace nello scopo per cui viene impiegata. Karpos ha scelto consapevolmente un filato più costoso, ma rispettoso degli animali, in linea con una filosofia produttiva responsabile ed etica.
