The Transalper Light Dynastretch shorts are designed for those tackling fast ascents in warm conditions, where equipment weight makes a difference and freedom of movement is paramount. The Dynastretch fabric—a proprietary Dynafit technology—combines multi-directional stretch, quick-drying properties, and extreme lightness, making them suitable for both high-altitude approaches and alpine trail running sessions.
Construction and materials
The main fabric is a lightweight stretch nylon with a DWR water-repellent treatment, which helps manage sweat and resists splashes without adding weight. The construction is minimal and clean: ergonomic cuts follow the moving silhouette, preventing chafing during climbing or technical sections on mixed terrain. The slim fit does not restrict stride on ascents and ensures comfort even under a harness.
