The Crazy Pull Pegasus is a lightweight fleece mid-layer designed for those who approach the mountains at a moderate pace and need a reliable second layer to always keep in their backpack. Its philosophy is simple: low weight, minimal bulk, immediate protection when the weather changes at altitude.
Fabric and Fit
The fabric is a tightly woven microfibre with two-way stretch, which guarantees freedom of movement in every direction without the garment deforming over time. The bi-elastic structure makes it suitable for activities such as hiking on trails, trekking at altitude, or non-demanding snow excursions, where freedom of movement is important but the robustness of a softshell is not needed. The microfibre fleece offers a good balance between thermoregulation and breathability, preventing overheating during ascents.
Use and Versatility
The Pegasus is positioned as a garment for versatile use in non-extreme conditions: it works well as an insulating layer during stops, but also holds up when resuming walking thanks to its ability to wick away moisture.
