The CAMP Photon Express KS is a sport climbing quickdraw designed for those aiming for minimum weight without sacrificing efficiency on the rock face. With a sling length of 12 cm, it is the most common size for progression on sport routes, offering an optimal balance between distance from the anchor and rope management.
Geometry and locking system
The lower carabiner features the SphereLock geometry: the nose is shaped to guide the rope into the opening during clipping, reducing the risk of snagging or imprecise movements under stress. This translates into quick and reliable clips even when arms are tired or the position on the wall is uncomfortable. The upper carabiner is optimized for quick sliding on the bolt or protection, with a profile that minimizes friction during a fall.
