DESCRIPTION
The Alpine Express Dyneema 60 cm is a mountaineering and high-altitude climbing quickdraw that combines two Photon Wire carabiners with a 60 cm Dyneema® sling. Its extended length makes it particularly suitable for protection on alpine routes with varying directions, reducing rope drag and limiting stress on the anchor point.
Construction and Materials
The Photon Wire carabiner is recognized as one of the lightest full-size carabiners available, with an ergonomic profile that allows the gate to be opened even when wearing mountaineering gloves—a significant advantage in typical mid and high-altitude conditions. The wire gate reduces overall weight without compromising handling.
