The BEAL 1-liter Rope Cleaner is a specific detergent formulated for deep cleaning of ropes and harnesses made of technical materials, designed to preserve their mechanical performance in the long term.
Why regular maintenance is essential
Dynamic ropes and harnesses have a maximum certified life of ten years, but this limit is strictly conditioned by the care they receive. Abrasive particles — sand, rock dust, magnesite residues — infiltrate between the core and sheath fibers, causing often invisible but progressive internal wear. Regular cleaning with an appropriate detergent removes these impurities before they compromise the rope's structural integrity.
