The BEAL Pulp Quickdraw 11 cm is a sport climbing quickdraw composed of two wire gate carabiners, chosen to reduce overall weight without compromising performance. The configuration includes the SPACE WIRE carabiner in the upper position, dedicated to anchoring to the protection, and the COSMO WIRE in the lower position, characterized by an ergonomic shape that simplifies rope insertion during progression, even in advanced pump conditions or awkward positions.
Safety Technologies
The quickdraw integrates the RUBBINER system, a technical solution that locks the lower carabiner within the sling, preventing unwanted rotations. This detail is crucial to prevent the COSMO WIRE from positioning itself with the gate side facing the rope — one of the most common causes of accidental opening during a fall. The durable nylon sling keeps the two carabiners correctly oriented throughout use.
