DESCRIPTION
The Atomic Backland Sport is an entry-level ski touring boot designed for those who are new to the sport with a solid skiing background, but do not yet require extreme uphill or downhill performance. Its architecture balances mobility for ascents and grip on the slope in an optimal way.
Technologies and Construction
The Free/Lock 4.0 system manages the transition between ski and walk mode with a single movement, ensuring a natural ankle range of motion during progression in free mode. The Frictionless Pivot mechanism eliminates friction at the pivot point, making the stride smoother even on long ascents. The Prolite inner liner offers a snug fit without excessive weight, while the Vibram sole ensures reliable grip on foot sections.
