Construction and materials
The distinctive feature of this ski is its paulownia wood core, one of the lightest woods available for high-performance constructions, combined with a triaxially aligned carbon top reinforcement. This carbon geometry is not purely decorative: the fibers arranged on three axes work together to distribute stresses along the entire length of the axis, ensuring torsional and longitudinal stability with minimal impact on the final weight.
Differences compared to the FI 90 model and recommended use
Compared to the Blacklight 88 FI 90 variant, this version features a flex rating of 70, indicating a softer and more progressive flex.
