The Black Crows Orb Freebird is a free touring ski built around a clear concept: to climb lightly and descend with full control on varied terrain. Its visual identity — the celebrated fluorescent yellow full suit — is instantly recognizable on the mountain, but it's the technical construction that makes the difference in the field.
Geometry and snow performance
The profile features a light and progressive rocker that ensures a stable platform on the flats during ascents, with reliable grip on the track even on compacted snow. The 90mm width at the waist places it in a versatile range, providing sufficient float on fresh or spring transformed snow, without sacrificing responsiveness on wider skis.
