DESCRIPTION
The Petzl Tikka Core is the rechargeable version of the iconic Tikka headlamp, designed for those who engage in outdoor activities after dark — from night trail running to night ski mountaineering, as well as camping and hiking. With a maximum output of 450 lumens, it provides broad and reliable illumination even in low visibility conditions.
Technology and battery life
The core of the system is the integrated CORE rechargeable battery, which charges via micro-USB directly on the lamp, eliminating the need for disposable batteries. In maximum brightness mode, the battery life reaches 2 hours, while in more energy-saving modes, it extends significantly. The headlamp is also compatible with traditional AAA batteries, useful as an emergency solution if the battery runs out far from an outlet.
