DESCRIPTION
The Salewa Wildfire NXT is the flagship approach shoe in the women's line, designed to cover the entire spectrum of alpine adventure: from the car park to the base of the route, without compromising on either comfort or technical performance.
Construction and materials
The upper is made of Matryx® reinforced with Kevlar® fibers, a combination that ensures high abrasion resistance while keeping weight down and allowing for good breathability. The 3F System (3-point-fixing), in its latest evolution, wraps the foot at three strategic points—forefoot, arch, and heel—for a precise and stable fit even on uneven terrain or when climbing on rock.
Performance on rock and trail
- Pomoca® sole with Salewa Climb compound in the forefoot area, optimized for grip on slabs and for smearing
- Semi-rigid structure that balances climbing responsiveness with cushioning during prolonged walking
- Rubber protection on the perimeter edge to resist typical impacts when moving on rock
- Women's last with an anatomical fit designed for the morphology of women's feet
