DESCRIPTION

The TX4 Evo GTX is the waterproof version of La Sportiva's flagship technical approach shoe, built around a suede leather upper combined with a GORE-TEX Extended Comfort membrane that guarantees total waterproofing while maintaining good breathability, even on long treks. The result is a shoe designed for those who tackle challenging trails in varying conditions, without compromising performance on rock.

Construction and Materials

The structure is designed to offer generous internal volumes, particularly suitable for feet with a wide forefoot or for those who use thick technical socks. The upper combines suede leather with GORE-TEX laminated mesh inserts, ensuring durability and lateral protection. The Vibram Mega-Grip outsole ensures reliable grip on both wet ground and dry rock, while the Impact Brake System profile improves braking on descents on gravel and unstable terrain.

  • High-coverage rubber toe cap for protection on slabs and technical passages
  • Padded collar that reduces pressure on the ankle during long treks
  • Lacing system with flat Kevlar laces for precise adjustment and abrasion resistance
