The Y&Y Climbing Balls (8 cm) are grip training spheres, sold in pairs, designed for those who want to develop forearm strength and coordination specifically for climbing. The 80 mm diameter format requires an open and distributed grip that stimulates muscles and tendons differently from classic pull-ups on a bar, bringing the athletic movement closer to rock holds.
