DESCRIPTION
The EDELRID Cable KIT Ultralite VII is a via ferrata set designed for those who don't want to compromise on certified safety, even when every gram counts. With a total weight of only 285 g, it is currently one of the lightest via ferrata sets available on the market, intended for demanding excursions where lightweight equipment makes a difference in the long run.
Construction and Materials
The two elastic arms are made of HMPE (High Modulus Polyethylene), a synthetic fiber with high resistance to wear, abrasion, and moisture. The slim design allows for a long reach compared to traditional lanyards, making it easier to reach protection points even on sections with widely spaced bolts. The integrated ultralight carabiners are designed for quick one-handed attachment and detachment, even when wearing gloves.
