The LA SPORTIVA Ferrata Gloves are technical gloves designed for progression on via ferratas and for rope handling on crags, where a secure grip on the cable and abrasion resistance are real priorities. The construction balances two often conflicting needs: robustness in contact areas and breathability on the back of the hand.
Construction and materials
The palm is made of suede reinforced with inverted leather inserts in areas subject to greater wear, ensuring reliable grip on the metal cable and prolonged resistance to friction. On the back, a breathable elastic fabric allows for good heat and sweat management during activity, preventing overheating even on summer days. The combination of the two materials ensures an ergonomic fit that follows the natural morphology of the hand without pressure points.
