The Salewa Ergo Core Set Via Ferrata is a compact and ergonomic via ferrata set, designed for those who want to safely explore mountains and equipped routes, such as the abundant ones in the Dolomites.
The heart of the set is the new Ergotec 3.0 carabiners, designed to fit perfectly in the hand and be easy and intuitive to use even while wearing gloves. Compared to previous versions, they offer a larger opening, which ensures faster and safer attachment and detachment, eliminating the risk of pinching your fingers. The self-locking mechanism prevents unintentional opening, while the construction combines an aluminum body with a robust steel gate.
The elastic webbing lanyards are abrasion-resistant and keep the set close to the body during climbing. They also feature a rest loop, useful for breaks on the wall.
