Its 50 cm length makes it suitable for versatile use on mixed terrain, where a balance between maneuverability and control is needed.
Construction and Weight
The shaft is made of high-strength aluminum alloy, which helps keep the overall weight down without sacrificing structural rigidity. The calibrated weight distribution along the shaft reduces fatigue during long approaches on snow, making the planting motion natural and precise. The head is forged with a technical profile, featuring a sharp pick point for effective penetration into compact ice and an efficient adze for building anchors and clearing snow.
