DESCRIPTION
The Crazy Vest Avenger Light is a hybrid vest designed for mountaineering and medium-to-high intensity mountain activities, where thermal management needs to adapt quickly to changes in pace and altitude. The hybrid construction combines panels of Endurance softshell fabric, characterized by a good balance of wind resistance, breathability, and light weight, to avoid adding bulk during maximum exertion.
Construction and fit
The high, snug collar provides protection to the cervical area without the bulk of a chin zipper, which is far from secondary when wearing a harness or a backpack with adjusted shoulder straps. The main front zipper is openable and equipped with an internal protective flap that insulates from the wind and prevents cold air infiltration during breaks. The construction with flat seams eliminates pressure points under a backpack or climbing sack, increasing comfort during prolonged sessions.
