DESCRIPTION
The Mountain Equipment Powerstretch Balaclava is a close-fitting balaclava designed for intense cold conditions, where heat management and freedom of facial movement become critical factors. The construction uses POLARTEC® Power Stretch® Pro fabric, a four-way technical fleece that combines thermal insulation, breathability, and remarkable elasticity in all directions, adapting perfectly to the shape of the face and head without creating pressure points.
Construction and Fit
The ergonomic 4-piece cut ensures an anatomical shape that follows the facial profile, reducing fabric creases, while flat seams eliminate chafing areas that, at low temperatures, can quickly become bothersome, especially under a helmet or hood. A distinctive feature is the side window that allows the balaclava to be worn comfortably even with sunglasses or ski goggles, without pressure on the frames.
Versatility of Use
