DESCRIPTION
The Castelli Espresso Glove is a summer cycling glove designed to complete the Espresso kit with aesthetic consistency and concrete technical performance. The back of the hand is made from Air-O stretch fabric, the same material used in the Espresso jersey: an ultra-light mesh that ensures high ventilation and freedom of movement, adapting to the shape of the hand without pressure points.
Construction and materials
The palm is also made from Air-O fabric with selective padding, which dampens handlebar vibrations on long rides without stiffening the grip. The silicone coating on the palm improves grip on the handlebars even in conditions of intense sweating, while maintaining a slim profile that does not compromise control sensitivity. The adjustable wrist closure allows the glove to be put on and taken off with one hand, a useful detail during quick stops. The reflective Castelli logo contributes to visibility in low light conditions.
When to use them
Suitable for spring and summer rides in mild or warm temperatures, where minimal protection and maximum ventilation are needed. Those who combine the complete Espresso kit achieve precise color coordination, but the glove works equally well with any summer kit. The fit is unisex and suitable for hands of different shapes thanks to the elastic structure of the Air-O fabric.
